Project description

WMisto is a state-of-the-art business-class residential quarter in Vinnytsia with its own ecosystem by D121 developer. The complex comprises 11 business-class buildings with heights of 6–9 storeys. The architectural design is centered around the "WDiagonal" — a 420-meter open pedestrian promenade crossing the entire residential area, combining green courtyards, car-free zones, shops, cafés, and restaurants. The quarter is engineered at the highest geographical point of the city, offering panoramic views of Vinnytsia and the "Roshen" fountain. Mergel designed full architectural, structural, and engineering solutions at the design and working stages.
