Project description

The Tenth House is a premium business-class multifunctional residential complex in Vinnytsia (Vyshenka district, 121 Keletska St) by D121 developer. The project combines four buildings (two 9-story blocks and two 24-story towers) in unique "X" shapes, maximizing natural light and panoramic views. The complex features apartments (34 to 127 m²) with large terraces (up to 36 m²), street retail, integration with "Plaza Park" mall, a two-level underground parking with EV chargers, and a secure gated yard. The project won the prestigious iBuild 2025 award as the Best Architectural Project of the Year. Mergel is responsible for detailed concrete and steel structural packages (stages P and R), including engineering retaining walls.
