Project description
Sister RC is a large-scale, innovative comfort-class residential complex in Kyiv, located on Klemanska St (Darnytskyi district). The project includes the construction of modern 9-to-24-story buildings (2,579 apartments in total) using monolith-frame technology. The architectural design combines contemporary style with active outdoor spaces (TRX & yoga zones, open-air cinema, Montessori playgrounds, rope park). The development features car-free courtyards, an autonomous roof boiler room, emergency power supply, and a 1,405-car underground parking that functions as a shelter. Mergel provided full design at the concept, design, and working stages.
