The project features 51 minimalist high-tech villas harmoniously integrated into the natural hills. Residents enjoy exclusive access to world-class infrastructure: the 16-hectare elite equestrian club "Equides Club", "Lisnyky Golf Club", "Lisnyky Padel Club" with 7 Adidas courts, a luxury SPA, hotel, and restaurant. Mergel engineered the master plan, structural foundation solutions on challenging terrains, and complete working documentation.
